The short version. This site describes an app that hasn't launched yet and collects an email address if you want to be told when it does. Nothing here is a contract to supply software, and nothing here costs money.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by GRASU'S LAB SRL, a company registered in Romania, trading as ogoria. Registration number J2025052251008, registered address Șoseaua Nordului, Nr. 66-70, Ap. B 08, București Sectorul 1, România. Contact: contact@ogoria.com.
What this site is
A description of a product in development, and a waitlist form. The screens shown are the product's design, rendered from its specification. Features described here are what we are building; they are not a promise that any specific feature will exist in the released app, or that a released app will exist at all.
The waitlist
Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side. We commit to two emails and no more: a confirmation when you sign up, and one email the day ogoria opens. We will not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence. You can leave at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to us, and we will remove your address.
Give us an address you are entitled to use. If someone signs you up who shouldn't have, tell us and we will remove it.
Pricing and availability
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Any pricing, platform or timing we publish before launch is our current intent, and it may change. If it changes, we say so rather than quietly editing the page.
Intellectual property
The ogoria name, the Quarter Turn mark, and the design of this site and the product shown on it belong to GRASU'S LAB SRL. You are welcome to link to this site and to quote from it with attribution. You may not present the mark or the interface as your own.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it — but nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Romanian and EU law are unaffected.
Governing law
Romanian law applies, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
These terms will be replaced with full product terms before ogoria launches. Until then, the date at the top tells you when this version was published.
