Delete your ogoria account
Last updated 13 October 2026
The short version. ogoria is made by GRASU'S LAB SRL. You can delete your ogoria account and everything in it from inside the app — Settings, your address, then Delete account & data — or by writing to contact@ogoria.com. Deletion happens at once and is permanent. The only thing we keep is the record that a purchase happened, with the link to your account removed.
Delete it in the app
It takes two taps once you are there, and there is no waiting period.
- Open ogoria and go to the Today tab.
- Tap the settings button — the sliders icon at the top of Today, beside the day ring.
- Under Account, tap your email address.
- Tap Delete account & data.
- Read what will be deleted. If you want a copy of your data first, tap Export everything first: it saves every task, habit and project as CSV or JSON, and nothing is deleted until you come back and confirm.
- Tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted straight away, and the app returns to its welcome screen.
Delete it without the app
If you no longer have the app, can't sign in any more, or can't reach the button for any other reason, write to contact@ogoria.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days, free, and reply to tell you it is done. You don't need to give a reason.
What is deleted
Everything the account holds, permanently, the moment you confirm:
- Your account — your email address, your password (which we only ever held as a one-way hash), and any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it.
- Everything you wrote — every task, with its notes, dates, reminders, who you were waiting on and why it was closed; every habit, with the days you kept it and the days you paused it; and every project.
- Your notification settings, including your time zone.
- Your registered devices, and the record of any morning digests sent to them.
- Your subscription record, and the record of which emails about ogoria Pro we sent you.
- Any sign-in or confirmation codes that hadn't been used yet.
- On your phone, the sign-in and the choices you made the first time you opened the app. The phone starts over as it was before you signed up.
There is no grace period and no hidden copy kept in case you change your mind. Signing up again with the same address starts a new, empty account.
What is kept, and for how long
| What | Why, and for how long |
|---|---|
| Purchase events for ogoria Pro | When you start, renew, cancel or are refunded for ogoria Pro, RevenueCat — which processes purchases for us — tells our server what happened and when. We keep those events as a record of money, which accounting and tax law requires, for as long as that law requires. Deleting your account removes the link to you: what is left is that a purchase event happened, of what kind, and when — with no account, email address or payment details attached. |
| Backups | Your data is out of any backup within 30 days of the deletion. |
| Server logs | Ordinary request logs are kept briefly, for security and to find faults, and then rotate away. |
| Your phone's own settings | Light or dark, and your notification switches, stay on the phone until you delete the app. They never reach us. |
Apple, Google, Stripe and RevenueCat keep their own records. The App Store or Google Play keeps its record of what you bought, under its own privacy policy, and Stripe keeps its record of a payment made in the web app, as payment law requires. RevenueCat keeps the purchase history it processed for us; ask us and we will have it removed there as well.
If you subscribe to ogoria Pro
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it where you bought it as well. Bought on a phone, Apple or Google bills it, not us, so cancel it with them — before or after you delete the account:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions — or open your App Store subscriptions.
- Android: in the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions — or open your Google Play subscriptions.
Bought in the web app, we bill it, so cancel it there before you delete the account: open Settings from Today, then ogoria Pro, then Manage subscription, and cancel it on the page that opens. If the account is already gone, write to contact@ogoria.com from its address and we cancel it for you.
Deleting only some of your data
You don't have to delete the account to delete something in it. Any task, habit or project can be deleted on its own in the app, and deleting it keeps no record of it. For anything you can't delete yourself, write to contact@ogoria.com and say what you'd like removed — we answer within 30 days.
If you joined the ogoria waitlist on this website, that address is held separately from any app account. Use the unsubscribe link in the email we sent, or write to us, and it is removed.
